Growth in the estate in the last 10 years has seen the Freehold owned portfolio expand to over 3.5 million square feet, with a strategy of both new site acquisition and refurbishment and development on our existing sites. New sites in Chepstow, Manchester and Swindon, and developments on existing sites at Sharpness and South Ockendon have seen well over 800,000 square feet added to the portfolio since 2015.
